The Quality Assurance Center was established at Baku State University (BSU) based on the Quality Assurance and Monitoring Department. Its main objective is to verify and ensure that the university's services are being performed in a manner that meets or exceeds both internal and external educational requirements.

In the process of establishing the Quality Assurance Center, the experiences of German and Turkish universities were studied, and the recommendations of the Quality Assurance Agency in Education (TKTA) were carefully considered.
