Elchin Babaev, Rector of Baku State University (BSU) met with a group of members from the university's Advisory Council. He briefed the Advisory Council members on the innovations being implemented at BSU and informed them that efforts would continue in upgrading the university's infrastructure.

The meeting heard suggestions from Advisory Council members regarding further enhancing the scientific and pedagogical activities at BSU and ensuring a worthy observance of the "Year of Solidarity for a Green World.
