A delegation led by Serdar Yurtsever, Rector of Girne American University of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), visited Baku State University (BSU).

During the meeting, BSU Rector Elchin Babayev emphasized that cooperation between Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and the TRNC in science, education, and culture contributes to the development of all three countries. He highlighted the importance of joint research projects, student and faculty exchanges, and expanding international academic cooperation, noting BSU’s focus on research-oriented integration.

The sides also exchanged views on cooperation opportunities in education and science, international relations, economics and management, tourism, and journalism.
