A delegation led by Dogdurbek Chontoyev, Rector of Kyrgyz National University, visited Baku State University (BSU).

Welcoming the guests, BSU Rector Elchin Babayev emphasized the importance of further expanding cooperation with universities in Turkic-speaking countries, including Kyrgyz National University. He highlighted the potential for conducting joint research projects, as well as organizing faculty and student exchanges. It was noted that BSU, with its 16 faculties and more than 25,000 students, trains highly qualified specialists across a wide range of academic disciplines.

Dogdurbek Chontoyev underlined that cooperation with BSU offers significant prospects for both institutions and expressed confidence that joint initiatives will reach a new level in the future.

During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities to strengthen collaboration and expand integration in the fields of education, science, and research.
