Mustafa Verşan Kök, Rector of Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ), Türkiye has visited Baku State University to meet its Rector Elchin Babayev.

Rector Elchin Babayev spoke about the history, international relations and bilateral cooperation programs of the university. He also highlighted the importance of the educational ties between Azerbaijan and Türkiye.

The parties discussed issues related to the establishment of bilateral relations and signing of a cooperation agreement.

Mustafa Verşan Kök noted that the Middle East Technical University has more than 30 scientific-research centers, 465 educational and scientific-research laboratories.
