Rector BSU, academician Abel Maharramov  participated in ceremony dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the establishment of Tehran University. The event was attended by higher school rectors from Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and other countries.  Speaking to the ceremony rector Abel Maharramov congratulated rector of Tehran University Nili Ahmadabady and his colleagues and stressed relationships between Azerbaijan and Iran. Abel Maharramov said:  “Scientific relations of our countries based on common interests of both sides. That’s why we should continue our cooperation in this direction”.

Rector of  BSU also noted MoU signed between BSU and Tehran University and praised its contributions to the development of science and education.
