Rector of Baku State University (BSU) Elchin Babayev has met with Sergey Khristolyubov, Regional Director of QS Quacquarelli Symonds for Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia.

Rector Elchin Babayev informed the guest about the reforms and projects carried out in accordance with the new development strategy of BSU. Highlighting the success of BSU he stressed that Azerbaijani universities have sufficient potential to be included in international rankings.

Commending the work undertaken by BSU Sergey Khristolyubov spoke about the technology of forming subject rankings: how indicators are distributed, what is necessary to increase positions in rankings.

At the end of the meeting, Sergey Khristolyubov presented rector Elchin Babayev with a certificate of QS Ranking 2022.
