A meeting with representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) was held at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University (BSU).
Andrey Kozik, ICRC Regional Legal Coordinator (Eastern Europe and Central Asia) has delivered lecture on “International Humanitarian Law: Modern Challenges and Difficulties”. The lecture touched upon the international humanitarian law enforcement in modern armed conflicts.
