An academic delegation comprising representatives from the Educational Foundation "Perspectives," Maria Skłodowska-Curie University, Jagiellonian University, Silesian University of Technology, Cracow  University of Economics, Cracow University of Technology, and the University of Gdańsk visited Baku State University.

BSU Rector Elchin Babaev briefed the delegation on the university's educational and scientific activities, international connections, and emphasized the importance of developing ties with Polish universities. The Rector also touched upon the significance of creating dual-degree programs between BSU and Polish universities, exchanging academic and administrative staff, and fostering student exchanges. Elchin Babaev highlighted the importance of organizing joint cultural events, forums, conferences, and applying for joint research grants.

Representatives from Polish universities expressed their interest in developing connections and cooperation with BSU.
