A meeting between representatives of Baku State University (BSU) and the International Ranking Agency Times Higher Education (THE) took place on January 26, 2024. The meeting included the participation of BSU Rector Elchin Babaev, Chief Global Affairs Officer, Phil Baty, the Commercial Director for the UK and Europe, Lachin Italmazova, and the Head of the International Projects Management sector at the State Agency for Science and Higher Education, Zulfia Shafieva.

During the meeting, the importance of university rankings was emphasized, and information about the work carried out in this direction at BSU was presented.
