The qualifying round of the project by Orkhan Gyulahmedov, Researcher at the Laboratory of the Center for Excellence in Research, Development and Innovation of Baku State University (BSU) was launched.  The project entitled "Reverse engineering tools for innovative young people" is the winner of the Youth Foundation competition.
