Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Romania  for Azerbaijan Dana Ianku have visited Baku State University (BSU) to meet with rector, academician Abel Maharramov.

Briefing about the higher school, rector Abel Maharramov touched upon the mutual relations between the two countries and underlined the achievements of the University in the field of education and research.

Stressing the importance of the development of interuniversity relations, ambassador Dan Ianku noted that BSU had a great potential for the implementation of new projects in the field of science and education.

During the meeting the sides also discussed the issue of the interuniversity forum to be held in the coming days.
