The Baku State University (BSU) has hosted an online round table on the topic "The glorious pages of our victory history ", dedicated to the Day of Remembrance.

The event was opened by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev. He spoke about the the historical significance of the glorious victory of the valiant Azerbaijan Army under the leadership of the President, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev. “We have avenged the victims of Khojaly our martyrs, innocent people who died during the shelling of Ganja, Tartar and Barda. We bow once again to the memory of our heroic martyrs who died in the second Karabakh war. We will forever keep our martyrs in our hearts”, said Elchin Babayev.

The event was attended by the mother of the martyr-graduate of BSU Javid Manafov Natavan Manafova, People's Artist, father of the martyr, senior lieutenant Rovshan Nurzade Ali Nur, Professor Ibrahim Zeynalov, former military attaché of the Republic of Turkey in the Republic of Azerbaijan, retired general Yudzhel Karauz.
