The Faculty of Oriental Studies of Baku State University (BSU) and the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies jointly organized a seminar on " Foreign loanwords in modern Arabic literary language”.

The Head of the Department of Arabic Philology of the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies, Professor Sharusam Shamusarov made presentation on foreign loanwords in modern Arabic literary language. He shared information about his research method.

Then Nasrullah Mammadov, Professor at the Department of Arabic Philology of Baku State University and Associate Professor Vugar Garadaghly made speeches at the event.

The Parties agreed on the regular organization of such events.
