Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), visited Baku State University to meet with its Rector and faculty members.

BSU Rector Elchin Babayev highlighted the growing strength of the Turkic world in political, economic, social, cultural, and military spheres, and mentioned the success of the 7th General Assembly of the Turkic Universities Union (TURKUNIB). He emphasized the importance of cooperation among universities in Turkic-speaking countries.

Kubanychbek Omuraliev stated that his visit was informational and expressed satisfaction with the meeting.
