The Center for Excellence of Baku State University has hosted the next scientific seminar, dedicated to March 27 - "The Day of Science".

Professor Imameddin Amiraslanov, Laureate of the State Prize, Senior Researcher of the Nanotechnology Research Laboratory made presentation entitled "Crystals, quasicrystals and Turkic folk art". He spoke about the physical properties of the crystals and quasicrystals as well as their connection with the Turkic folk art.
