Professor Gökben Hızlı Sayar, Director of the Institute of Social Sciences at Üsküdar University (Türkiye), delivered a lecture on “Attachment Theory and Psychotherapy Between People” at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Psychology of Baku State University (BSU).

The event was attended by Rector of Üsküdar University Nazife Güngör, along with a delegation from the university, as well as faculty members and students from BSU.

Dean of the Faculty, Rovshan Javadov, emphasized the promising opportunities for collaboration between the two universities in the field of psychology and underscored the importance of such events in shaping students into highly qualified professionals.

Rector Nazife Güngör praised Professor Gökben Hızlı Sayar as one of Türkiye's prominent psychologists and highlighted that the topic discussed was relevant not only to psychology students and professionals but also to anyone in a profession that involves working with groups of people.

Following the lecture, a meeting was held at the Department of Psychology, where representatives from BSU and Üsküdar University discussed potential areas for future cooperation.
