Baku State University intends to organize the certificate targeted courses on English, German and French languages for bachelor, master and PhD students and young researchers who are willing to get education abroad  under the presidential order #2090 (04/16/07) “State Program for Study Abroad for the Azerbaijani youth in the period of 2007-2015”.

In this regard, the students participated in competition held with the attendance of the vice rector on Education Organization and Training Technologies professor I. Aliyeva,  head of English Language Department  A. Abbasov, B. Hajiyev, head of German and French Languages Department E. Farajullayeva, dean of Foreign Students Department G. Rahimova, associated dean of  Law Faculty G. Karimov, associated dean of Foreign Students Department K. Eyyubov and head of the International Relations and Coordination Department Sh. Yusifova.
