Narmin Zeynalova and Maryam Abasova, students from the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Baku State University (BSU), along with Moon Eun Hyun, a visiting professor from the Korea Foundation and a Korean language teacher in the Department of Far Eastern Languages and Literature, participated in the 14th Central Asian Korean Studies Olympiad and the 9th Conference of Young Researchers in Korean Studies from the CIS.

The event was hosted by the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages named after Ablai Khan.

At the Olympiad, Narmin Zeynalova secured third place, earning a diploma and a certificate. Maryam Abasova was also recognized with a certificate for her participation.
