TABİB Department Head Conducts Training at BSU

Oguz Heydarli, Head of the Training and Performance Assessment Department at TABİB (AZERBAIJANI MANAGEMENT UNION OF MEDICAL TERRITORIAL UNITS), delivered a training session at Baku State University (BSU) titled “The Business World is Calling.” The session aimed to provide students with practical career guidance and insights into the requirements of the modern labor market.

Heydarli gave detailed information about contemporary labor relations across various sectors, workplace expectations, labor rights, and professional ethics. He emphasized that in an era of rapid technological development and digitalization, the labor market has become increasingly flexible, demanding, and competitive. As a result, students and graduates must not only acquire strong professional knowledge but also develop future-oriented skills.

The trainer noted that critical and strategic thinking, digital adaptability, teamwork and leadership abilities, analytical skills, and effective communication have become essential selection criteria in today’s business environment. He highlighted that employers are seeking young professionals who are not only knowledgeable, but also entrepreneurial, innovative, and committed to personal development.

At the end of the event, students’ questions were addressed.
