The Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Science and Education Workers has awarded “Trade Union Scholarships” to 250 students who have demonstrated active participation in both academic life and the student trade union movement.

Among the recipients are 10 students from Baku State University (BSU): Nurlan Jabrayilzade, Etibar Tarlanov, Nijat Agayev, Afsana Yusifova, Togrul Mekhtiyev, Kubra Mamedova, Ilayda Abusetdar, Amina Aliyeva, Turkan Hasanli, and Amina Jafarova.

The “Trade Union Scholarship” project has been implemented since 1995. During the 2024–2025 academic year, a total of 658 students received these scholarships.
