Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in accordance with paragraph 2.13 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the Application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan 'On Education' dated September 5, 2009, No. 156", I decree:
To appoint Elchin Safarali oglu Babayev as the Rector of Baku State University.
