Worldwide Russian literacy test “Total Dictation” took place at Baku State University on 15 April 2018.

The project was organized by the Russian Information and Cultural Center and “Ruski Mir” Foundation.

Total Dictation is the annual Russian literacy test organized all around the world since 2004. Total Dictation is an event aimed at drawing attention to issues of literacy and at developing a culture of literate writing. It is a voluntary free dictation open for everyone and it is run simultaneously in hundreds of cities in Russia and around the world.
