Baku State University, Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan Republic, the Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research in Europe GmbH (FAIR GmbH) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Scientific and Technological Cooperation. The rector, academician Abel Maharramov welcomed the guests and informed about the training on nuclear physics and technologies.

Paolo Giubellino, Scientific Managing Director of the Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research in Europe GmbH (FAIR GmbH) and the GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung GmbH spoke about the development of cooperation with German nuclear research centers and universities.
