Two BSU Graduates Named Winners of the Fifth “Yüksəliş” (Ascent) Competition
Two graduates of Baku State University (BSU), Mamed Balajanov and Elnur Mammadli, have been named among the winners of the fifth “Yüksəliş” (Ascent) competition.
Mamed Balajanov holds a master’s degree in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Forensics, and Forensic Science, while Elnur Mammadli earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
The “Yüksəliş” (Ascent) competition was established to identify and support high-potential leaders who demonstrate strong intellectual capabilities and management skills. It also aims to contribute to the formation of a national reserve of qualified professionals.
As winners, both BSU graduates have been included in the country's official personnel reserve. Each receives an annual personal development plan from a dedicated mentor (https://yukselish.az/mentors), along with a self-development grant of 20,000 manats.
