An event titled “Victory in Children’s Literature” was held for SABAH students majoring in Teaching Azerbaijani Language and Literature at Baku State University (BSU).

Organized under the guidance of SABAH instructor Aygun Bagirli as part of the Textbooks and Children’s Literature course, the event took place at the Libraff bookstore.

Children’s writers and guests included Doctor of Philology and Professor Rafig Yusifoglu, Mina Rashid, Narmina Mammadzade, Ayna Asim, and Arzu Jafarova, a representative of the “Üç Alma” publishing house.

Speakers discussed the themes of patriotism, the Karabakh Victory, and the role of youth in national triumphs. They also shared poems and literary works dedicated to the Victory.

At the end of the event, Arzu Jafarova introduced participants to examples of children’s literature on the theme of Victory published by TEAS Press.
