Vietnamese delegation led by Chairman of the Legal Committee of the National Assembly Phan Trung Ly visited Baku State University.

They met BSU`s Rector, MP Abel Maharramov who highlighted the history and activities of the University. The sides discussed bilateral cooperation issues, including cooperation between  BSU and  universities of Vietnam.

It should be noted that Chairman of the Legal Committee of the National Assembly Phan Trung Ly graduated from the Baku State University.
