The winter examination session of the 2024/2025 academic year is ongoing at Baku State University (BSU).

On January 21, 6,086 undergraduate students and 828 graduate students are scheduled to take exams.

Examinations are conducted in two shifts: written exams for undergraduate students take place from 10:00 to 13:00, while oral exams and graduate-level exams are held from 14:00 to 17:00. Over the course of the session, more than 20,500 undergraduate students and 2,160 graduate students are expected to complete their exams.

Students who were unable to participate in their scheduled exams will have an opportunity to take makeup exams from February 3 to 7.

To ensure smooth operations and transparency during the session, BSU has established an Examination Headquarters and an Appeals Commission. These bodies will oversee the examination process and address applications, suggestions, and complaints received via the Ministry of Science and Education's Hotline.
