Togrul Alekperov, a graduate of Baku State University (BSU), winner of the third “Ascent” competition, and professional coach and mentor, conducted a workshop for students titled “Skills Left off the Resume.”

During the event, students received visual and practical explanations of the importance of key competencies such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, time management, and emotional intelligence in today’s labor market. The workshop featured real-life examples and interactive exercises aimed at developing these essential skills.

At the end of the session, participants’ questions were answered, and key aspects of effective career planning were discussed.
