02 iyun 1974-cü ildə anadan olub.
1991-ci ildə Bakı Dövlət Universitetinə daxil olub. 1996-cı ildə Bakı Dövlət Universitetini fizika ixtisası üzrə fərqlənmə diplomu ilə bitirib. 1996-1999-cu illərdə Bakı Dövlət Universitetinin Fizika fakültəsinin Fiziki elektronika kafedrasının aspiranturasında təhsil alıb.
2000-2006-cı illərdə Bakı Dövlət Universitetinin Fizika fakültəsinin Fiziki elektronika kafedrasının assistenti,
2006-2016-cı illərdə Bakı Dövlət Universitetinin Fizika fakültəsinin Fiziki elektronika kafedrasının dosenti,
2016-2019-cu illərdə Fizika fakültəsinin dekan müavini, Fiziki elektronika kafedrasının dosenti,
2019-2020-ci illərdə Bakı Dövlət Universitetinin Həmkarlar İttifaqı Komitəsinin sədri, Fizika fakültəsinin Fiziki elektronika kafedrasının professoru vəzifələrində çalışıb.
2020-ci ildən Bakı Dövlət Universitetinin Elm və İnnovasiyalar üzrə prorektoru, Fizika fakültəsinin Fiziki elektronika kafedrasının professorudur.
2000-ci ildə dissertasiya müdafiə edərək fizika-riyaziyyat elmləri namizədi,
2017-ci dissertasiya müdafiə edərək fizika üzrə elmlər doktoru elmi dərəcələrini alıb.
Respublika və xarici ölkələrin elmi mətbuatında dərc olunmuş 150-dən çox elmi işin və 3 kitabın müəllifidir.
Xarici ölkələrdə keçirilmiş 20-dan çox nüfuzlu Beynəlxalq elmi konfranslarda məruzələrlə çıxış etmişdir. 6 fəlsəfə doktoru dissertasiya işinin rəhbəridir.
International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM) və  European Materials Research Society (EMRS) elmi cəmiyyətlərinin, "Journal of low dimensional systems" elmi məcmuəsinin redaksiya heyətinin üzvüdür.
Yeni Azərbaycan Partiyasının üzvüdür.
2019-cu ildə “Tərəqqi” medalı və “Bakı Dövlət Universitetinin 100 illiyi (1919-2019)” Azərbaycan Respublikasının yubiley medalı ilə təltif olunub.
